工作地點：海口、三亞、四川、樂山 您的工作內容What you will do: 1.產品轉量產前對其結構、工藝、設計、品質等可量產性進行評估； Evaluate the structure, process, design, quality and other mass production factors before the product is transferred to mass production. 2.產品轉量產前與已量產項目轉廠前的裝機指導，SOP、工藝流程圖的制作和發布，確保新產品順利導入到量產; Installation guidance before the product transfer to mass production and before the transfer of mass production projects; the production and release of SOP and process flow chart; to ensure the smooth introduction of new products into mass production. 3.量產前工裝夾具及測試夾具的評估與發布; Evaluation and release of tooling fixtures and test fixtures before mass production. 4.樣機試制，進行現場試驗并處理故障，提出產品結構改進措施; Prototype trial production, on-site testing and troubleshooting, and propose product structure improvement measures. 5.對外包部分的供應商進行評估和管理、技術對接與跟進管理； Evaluation and management, technical docking and follow-up management of outsourcing suppliers. 6.與代工廠討論新產品的進展，確認試產交期，確保按時出貨。 Discuss the progress of the new product with the foundry, confirm the trial production lead time, and ensure timely shipment.
